The Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) for Porsche 911 992.1 GT3 / GT3 Touring is a no-compromise performance upgrade, engineered and tested in conjunction with the Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium). Developed directly from race-proven exhaust technology, this header set delivers significant gains in power, torque, weight reduction, and sound quality for high-performance driving applications.

Manufactured entirely from high-grade titanium, each component is sandblasted and specially coated to ensure exceptional durability under extreme thermal and mechanical loads. The optimized header routing is precisely designed to improve exhaust gas flow, enhancing midrange performance and throttle response.

Advanced Titanium Engineering

A standout feature of this system is the innovative manifold crossover pipe design, cast in Akrapovič’s in-house titanium foundry. This marks the first time such race-derived technology has been introduced into an Akrapovič aftermarket car exhaust system. Multiple components are precision-cast internally, ensuring unmatched quality control and performance consistency.

Thanks to the complete use of titanium, the Evolution Header Set achieves a weight reduction of 3.8 kg, making it 28% lighter than the factory exhaust equivalent—a critical advantage for performance-focused vehicles.

Power, Torque & Sound Gains

When paired with the Akrapovič Slip-On Race Line (Titanium) and tested on the Akrapovič dyno against a Porsche 911 GT3 (992) with a stock exhaust, the system delivers:

• +16.6 kW (22.6 hp) at 4,550 rpm

• +35.2 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm

To ensure a refined yet aggressive exhaust note, the system features tuned quarter-length resonators alongside catalytic converters, eliminating unwanted frequencies and distortion while producing a clean, race-inspired sound experience.

Installation & ECU Requirements

• Vehicles with OPF / particulate filters:
  ECU remapping is mandatory to prevent check engine light warnings.

• Vehicles without particulate filters:
  ECU remapping is recommended for optimal performance.

This header set is compatible with vehicles equipped with an Otto Particulate Filter (OPF).

Important Notes
